Texting also included range of motion while trigger point techniques were applied. Curriculum included to indications for when these techniques were not indicated or suggested

  • 12 hours- Deep Tissue for all body types- curriculum a multitude of techniques on how to alleviate pain in all types of muscle situations. Dense muscles, larger body clients, accessing deep muscles without always having to have pain alongside techniques. True emphasis on deep tissue work. Class included great body mechanics information on how to keep thumbs hands safe and injury free
  • 16 hours- Thermal Connective Tissue Therapy- myofascial release techniques alongside heat therapies that help access the deeper muscles
  • 16 Hours of Acupressure and Chinese Herbs
  • Student of: Healing Touch Certification Program,t hrough BJC, 49 Ceu's, Level 1,2, and 3 completed
  •  Aromatherapy Certification and Diploma  200 hours -International Alliance of Holistic Therapists
  • Understanding fascial role in low back pain for muscular pain relief

  • Advanced deep tissue techniques for low back and neck
